Step 1: Choose the Right Kegel Pearl
Start with a size small Kegel Pearl if you're a beginner. Gradually progress to larger sizes as you become more comfortable.

Step 2: Clean the Kegel Pearl
Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the Kegel Pearl. Thoroughly clean the Kegel Pearl with our approved Intimate Device Cleaner mousse or mild soap and warm water before each use to ensure it is clean and sanitized.

Step 3: Lubricate
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the Kegel Pearl and your vaginal opening. This helps ease insertion and enhances comfort. Avoid using silicone-based lubricants with silicone sex toys as they can damage silicon material. We recommend using our approved water-based Lubricating Gel.

Step 4: Insert
Use only one Kegel Pearl at a time. Gently insert the lubed Kegel Pearl into your vagina. Hold onto the retrieval cord for easy removal later. Always make sure that the retrieval cord is staying outside of your body. If you encounter resistance, pause and breathe deeply to relax.
